Home energy upgrades are an investment that can save you thousands of dollars over the lifetime of your upgrade.  They can improve the comfort, health and safety of your home for your family and help your community through the Neighbor to Neighbor Energy Challenge!

We’ve taken a look at the energy savings that Neighbor to Neighbor participants are seeing after their upgrades and it’s adding up to some big savings!  Natural gas and electric heat customers have been reducing their energy use by an average 23%, knocking about $475 annually off their energy bills.  And residents heating with oil or propane?  On average, they’re cutting their energy use by 25%, which adds up to about $950 a year!

Imagine what you could do with those annual savings.

You can reap the benefits of a home energy upgrade and help your community at the same time.  Your town can receive 500 points for each upgrade done through the Neighbor to Neighbor Energy Challenge.  (Check out where your town stands on our Towns Leaderboard.)  Plus, you can even earn a $200 donation for a local community group on eligible upgrades.  Click here for an inspiring example from Ridgefield.
