Limited offer: Additional help for heating oil customers

If you live in CL&P’s service territory and heat your home with oil or propane, now you’re in luck, too! (Note: homes heated with electricity and natural gas are still eligible.)

Thanks to new funding, the limits on the number of oil and propane customers Home Energy Solutions vendors can serve have been lifted. Even better, if you complete a Home Energy Solutions visit after September 9th, you can also access rebates for insulation ($0.50/square ft.) that were previously only available for customers heating with electricity or natural gas.

This is a limited offer, in effect for the remainder of the year or until the funds run out, whichever comes first.
